The Hilton Albany

The Room Rate is $154 per night plus tax.  A credit card is required to reserve a room. Please note: At the time of booking, your Credit Card will be charged a One Night Deposit (room rate +tax). Any room cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your reserved check-in date to avoid any charges.

Please note that upon check-in the hotel will authorize a hold of $75 per night for incidentals.  Whatever is not used of the amount will be refunded back to your card.

ATTENTION LODGE SECRETARY: If you are registering your principal officers, it is necessary that you use the email address of the principal officer so that they receive their individual registration confirmation directly and receive the hotel link to book a room at the hotel.

The Hotel Rate cut-off date is May 17, 2024, or when the room block sells out, whichever comes first.

You must Register BEFORE having access to book a Hotel Room.

Once you have registered, you will receive, via email, your Registration Confirmation which will include the LINK to book your Hotel Room.

Please take note that a separate room block is NOT being held for Worshipful Masters or other principal officers.
