Who needs to register for the 178th Annual Grand Communication?

Every person is required to have a ticket for entry into the 178th Annual Grand Communication. Each ticket will have a unique QR Code and will be scanned for authenticity. Once that QR Code has been scanned any duplicate ticket will not be allowed entry into the event(s).

Will proof of COVID vaccination be required?
 

Everyone attending the 178th Annual Grand Communication is required to agree to and accept the COVID Waiver when purchasing tickets for the events. Please visit the Health & Safety Hub for more details.

 
How much is Registration?

– Everyone attending the 2024 Grand Lodge Communication MUST Register.
– All Registrants must agree to the COVID-19 Waiver before purchasing tickets to the event.

Registration Fees:
Members of the Grand Lodge, Past Masters and the Principal Officers of Lodges: 
~$175 3/1/24 – 5/3/24
~$190 5/4/24 – 5/31/24
~$215 6/1/24 – 6/15/24

Master Masons who are not a Principal Officer of a Lodge:
March 1 – June 15: $100.00

IMPORTANT NOTE: Master Masons who are not a Principal Officer of a Lodge will not be entitled to the Registration Kits with all Grand Lodge Reports; pursuant to Article XVII, Section 1, Paragraph 85, Sub-section N, page (20) of the Constitution and Statutes. 

Can an email address be used for more than one registration?

No, an email address may NOT be used more than once.  A unique Email Address is Required for Each Registrant.

Are checks accepted?
Lodge checks will be the ONLY checks that are accepted to pay for registrations. Personal checks will not be accepted.  The deadline to receive Lodge Checks is May 25, 2024.
Can I Register On-site?

Yes.
~ Members of the Grand Lodge, Past Masters and the Principal Officers of Lodges On-site Registration Fee is $215

~ Master Masons who are not a Principal Officer of a Lodge Registration Fee is $100

 

If for any reason I cannot attend can my purchase be refunded?

Registration purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE unless event is cancelled.

Can I make partial payment?

No, partial payments for purchases will not be accepted. Registrations must be paid in full at time of purchase.

Can tickets be scanned from my cell phone?

Yes – your ticket can be conveniently scanned from your smartphone. To avoid any service issues, please take a screenshot of your ticket QR Code in advance so it can easily be accessed.

How much is parking at the Hotel?

Parking at the Hilton Albany Hotel is $10 per day.
This discounted parking rate is for registered guests of the Hilton Albany only.

Will there be meal options such as vegetarian or vegan?

Yes, please specify your choice when you Register.
